Central Heating
The villa has central heating in every room. In addition, the air conditioning units act as a heating system in the cooler months. There is even a log fire for off-season holidays.

Holiday Information
There are instructions in English for the air conditioning, washing machine and electronic safety deposit box. You can set your own family code for the safety deposit box but please remember to LEAVE the SAFETY BOX OPEN at the end of your stay, otherwise it will not open for the next guests. If this happens regrettably there will be a charge of £10 to re-set the box.
Bath and hand towels are provided. Please take your own beach towels.
Bed linen including blankets are provided.
Please note: The turquoise, green and brown bed coverings and pillows are for decoration only and should not be used when sleeping. As the fabric is quite delicate, we would really appreciate it if you could fold the quilts and store them in the bedroom cupboard. Thank you very much.
Each bedroom has lightweight top covers and blankets are also provided if required. There are plenty of spare pillows and pillowcases if you prefer to sleep using two.
Pool and Garden Maintenance
You will have a daily visit from our pool/ gardener/ security man. Ismail usually visits quite early in the morning to attend to the pool. He lives at the entrance to our small Pinewood development and whilst he doesn’t speak much English, he is very helpful.
The garden lights are on a timer switch; if you want the time sequence changed, please speak to Ismail.
Power Supply
Environmentally Friendly Energy Saving System
Your door key will have an energy saving attachment that is inserted into the socket at the front door. This will conserve the energy when you are not using the villa. The fridge freezer will of course remain on all the times.
Propane gas tanks stored at the back of the villa fuel the central heating and hot water. Ismail will keep an eye on the supply level and if the supplies are running low, he will arrange for another delivery. If you find that you have no hot water, first of all check the gas supply, it will probably mean that the gas tank has run out. Ismail will be able to help you if you are unsure.
A calor gas cylinder kept in the kitchen cupboard fuels the cooker. We will endeavour to always have a spare cylinder.
Very occasionally the electricity in the town is out of action for a short time. Hopefully this will not happen during your stay. The best way to check when it is back on is to check the fridge. When the fridge is working, take the energy saver key out of its socket then re-insert, this will reset the system.

Supermarkets
There are two local supermarkets next to each other near the roundabout to Hisaronu Road. For a bigger shop, there is an excellent Migros Supermarket in the centre of Fethiye, 15 minutes drive from the villa.
